Acceptable Use Policy

By using Confetti Frame, you (the Owner) and your guests agree not to upload, transmit, or do any of the following. Breach can lead to content removal and, for serious or repeated cases, event suspension without refund.

Prohibited content

• Sexually explicit material, nudity that the subject has not consented to, or any sexual content involving minors (we report CSAM to NCMEC and UK law enforcement immediately).
• Content that incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate against a person or group based on protected characteristics.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Personal data of third parties uploaded without a lawful basis (e.g. covertly recorded conversations).
• Malware, phishing links, or content that attempts to exploit the Service.

Prohibited behaviour

• Using the Service for anything other than collecting genuine guest media for a real event.
• Reselling, white-labelling, or sub-licensing the Service.
• Automated scraping of other events' content.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, access controls, or storage quotas.
• Sending spam or unsolicited marketing through any contact channels we provide.

Reporting abuse

Email hello@confettiframe.com with the event slug and a description. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 72.

Enforcement

We may hide, delete, or quarantine content; suspend or terminate an event; and cooperate with law-enforcement. Where a breach is serious, willful, or harmful to third parties, we will not refund the unused portion of the plan.
