This notice explains the cookies and similar local-storage technologies set by Confetti Frame.
Strictly necessary
- Authentication session (Owner only) — keeps you signed in to the dashboard.
- Contributor token (guests) — an opaque identifier stored in localStorage so a guest's uploads on the same device are grouped under one display name within one event.
- CSRF / security cookies — set by our auth and payment providers to prevent attacks.
These cannot be disabled because the Service does not function without them. No consent banner is shown for strictly-necessary technologies, which is permitted under PECR and the ICO's guidance.
Performance & analytics
We do not currently set any third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If we add product analytics in the future, we will update this notice and add a consent banner where required.
Payments
Stripe sets cookies when you proceed to checkout to detect fraud and remember saved payment methods. See Stripe's cookie policy.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time from your browser's settings. Clearing the contributor token will start a new contributor record on your next upload.
