Who owns the photos?

You do. Every photo and video uploaded to your event remains yours to download, share, print, and keep forever.
How long are the photos stored?

Keepsake keeps your gallery live for 3 months; Heirloom for 12 months. You can download a full-resolution archive at any time during your storage window.
Do I get a QR code sign for the day?

Yes — both plans include a printable QR signage card you can place at your venue. Keepsake comes with a clean, standard template. Heirloom is personalised with your names, wedding date and cover photo so it doubles as a keepsake in its own right.
Can I download everything at the end?

Yes. Both plans include a one-click full archive ZIP export — every photo and video in original HD quality, organised by chapter. Download as often as you like during your archive window.
Can I see uploads before guests do?

Yes. In Approved Social mode (the default), every upload lands in your private queue first. Nothing appears in the public feed until you approve it.
Does this replace my photographer?

No — it complements them. Your photographer captures the planned, polished frames. Vows & View captures everything else: the candid, the chaotic, the angles only your guests had.
What happens if a guest uploads something inappropriate?

Approved Social mode means nothing goes public without your blessing. You can delete any upload from your curation queue at any time.
Can I change my plan later?

Yes, upgrades are available any time before your event. Downgrades aren't possible once an event is paid for, but you can always reach out for help.
What's your refund policy?

Full refund any time before you activate the QR for guests. Once your event is live, payment becomes final.
Is the gallery really private?

Yes. Each event lives at a unique, unguessable URL. There's no public directory, the gallery is never indexed by search engines, and only people you share the QR with can find it. Every event is isolated — your photos are never mixed with anyone else's.
Will I be reminded before my archive closes?

Yes — on the Heirloom plan we send the couple gentle automated reminders 30, 14 and 3 days before your archive window ends, each with a one-click link to download your full ZIP archive. Keepsake customers receive a single reminder a week before expiry.
Can guests mark favourite photos?

Yes, on both plans. Guests can heart photos they love, and the couple sees a Favourites view to quickly find the crowd-pleasers — perfect for picking the shots to print, share or treasure most.
Can we get a printed photobook?

Coming soon. We're partnering with a UK print-on-demand service so the couple can send their favourite photos straight to a beautifully bound lay-flat wedding photobook — billed separately, printed on demand, shipped direct. No design work, no minimums.
