Wedibox
One of the oldest names in the category and the most-searched in Europe. Strong, simple QR-upload workflow with a clean guest view. Where it leaves room: the day-by-chapter organisation is light, and the "public gallery" experience is closer to a shared feed than a curated one. Fine if you want a no-frills uploader and are happy to sort a thousand photos yourself afterwards; thin if you wanted the day to come back organised.
WedShoots
App-led product with a long history. The app gives a polished mobile feed during the day, but the install requirement is the friction point — anyone who skips the download does not contribute, and the install-skip rate is real. Realistically that suits a young, app-fluent guest list — and it quietly costs you the photos from everyone else in the room.
Weduploader
The closest thing to a pure file-collection tool in the category. Cheap entry price, guests upload via a link, you receive a zip. There is no built-in gallery for guests to see each other's photos, so the collection happens but the celebration doesn't — nobody, including you, gets to watch the day come together.
